1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and helspot ("helspot," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the helspot website located at https://helspot.net and all associated services, platforms, applications, games, sports betting features, payment systems, promotional programmes, and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the helspot Platform, creating a user account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by helspot, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with helspot's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the helspot Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the helspot Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and the standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering an account on helspot, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

helspot employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Any account determined to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended. All funds in such an account will be forfeited and, where applicable, returned to the payment source, subject to deduction of any bonuses or promotional credits received.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

helspot primarily serves players located in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the helspot Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. helspot makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in locations outside the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on helspot. The operation of multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment instruments — is strictly prohibited. helspot reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances where duplicate accounts are identified, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.

2.4 Account Registration

To register a helspot account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

helspot is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and related AMLC guidelines. As part of this process, helspot may request the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the last three (3) months showing your current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Verification that the GCash account, Maya wallet, bank account, or other payment method used belongs to you.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, helspot may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited to your account.

helspot reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period, or where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, will be permanently suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

helspot accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, QR Ph, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT (TRC20 network). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. All deposit transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

helspot does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited to your helspot account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to other persons — including family members — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by helspot within an average of fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours, subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and internal fraud and security checks. helspot reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated. helspot does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.3 Currency

The default currency of the helspot Platform is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where USDT transactions are permitted, conversion rates are applied at the time of the transaction using a rate determined by helspot at its reasonable discretion. helspot is not responsible for currency exchange fluctuations affecting USDT transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

helspot offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to your helspot account and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses on helspot is thirty times (30x) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• helspot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the modification date.
• Players may only participate in each specific promotion once unless the promotion is explicitly stated as recurring.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the helspot Platform — including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, table games, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game.

All slot games and RNG-based table games on helspot use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for each slot game title. Live dealer games are conducted using real physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, and dice — under continuous video surveillance.

helspot reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed under erroneous odds, incorrect game configurations, or as a result of technical malfunctions. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. helspot's decision on the validity of any bet, in cases of dispute or technical error, is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helspot Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one helspot account simultaneously.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider after depositing funds to helspot.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160, as amended) or the Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act (RA 10168).
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any other person to access or operate your helspot account on your behalf.
• Any conduct intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the technical operation of the helspot Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

helspot is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for most, can become harmful for some individuals. helspot's responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your account dashboard and include the following:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending on helspot.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the helspot Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the helspot Platform — including but not limited to the helspot brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of helspot or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the helspot Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the helspot Platform without prior written authorisation from helspot.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, helspot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunities due to technical downtime, or interruption of service.

helspot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your helspot account at the time the claim arises, or the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim, whichever is lower.

helspot makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

helspot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of Philippine law;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period;
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ₱100 per month after the initial twelve-month period. helspot will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before any fees are applied;
• A request from Philippine regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

You may close your helspot account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the helspot Platform — including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus terms, payment processing, or account decisions — you should first contact the helspot customer support team via live chat. Our support agents are available 24/7 and are authorised to resolve the majority of player concerns at first contact.

If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction through live chat, you may escalate your complaint formally by submitting a written dispute to [email protected] with a full description of the issue, your account details, and any relevant evidence. helspot will acknowledge your formal complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

helspot's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or bonus interpretation, made in good faith and based on available system data, shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedures described herein.

13. Amendments to These Terms

helspot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the helspot Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the helspot Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 above. The current version of these Terms, including the version number and last-updated date displayed at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the helspot Platform shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of any such action or proceeding.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent helspot from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief may be available to prevent irreparable harm to helspot's intellectual property or business interests.
